We have a high degree of flexibility to deal with customers' order needs, and flexibly arrange production and shipment according to the customer's order size, batch size and delivery date.
When we receive new products from customers, we will conduct early engineering meetings to discuss new product specifications, molds and production methods, etc., in order to expect the new products manufactured to meet customer requirements.
New product development, prototype and trial production are necessary. Prototyping is the first step to verify the feasibility of a product. It is the most direct and effective channel to make the product more perfect, so as to carry out targeted improvement and confirm whether the new product developed meets the customer's requirements. Through trial production, relevant departments will be more familiar with new products, and at the same time, foreseeable problems will be solved, and mass production will be smoother.
As new product development, from time to time, it will have some deviations related to dimensions, cosmetics, or production methods/techniques. So, our new product development team may discuss with customer to get an approval for the deviations. As per customer approval, the deviations will be proceeded as new product specification, cosmetics or production methods/techniques requirements. We have ERP system to monitor / manage each customer orders’ resources allocation, materials / finished goods stock control & production progress to make sure customers’ orders completion on time.
